We will always remember with gratitude Ludivine Piffaut Louboutin, our executive director, who passed away in June 2025. What can we say about Ludivine, other than that she was truly an exceptional person? Altruistic, determined, humble, incredibly courageous, and deeply professional, Ludivine was a role model to us all in all her dignity and passion to do good.

She fell ill again just as she began her new position, yet she doubled her efforts to help our organization grow — and did so with great success. She often said that this role brought her more fulfilment than any before, and that dedicating herself to this cause gave her strength.

Ludivine’s big joy was seeing the faces of the children and teenagers from our programs — whether in person or in photos. She was guided by a deep desire to give, to share her love of dance as widely as possible. She just kept moving forward with her chin up and soft smile, always driven by the purest intentions. Today and tomorrow, we’ll celebrate you, Ludi, when we give our best to make Dance Can Do grow.
